Fleet Vehicle Towing
for Rental Car Companies

Fleet vehicle towing is our commercial account program. Instead of your drivers paying and expensing, we set up a dedicated dispatch line, authorized caller list, and net-30 consolidated billing. Each tow generates a per-vehicle invoice with VIN, odometer at pickup, photographs, and destination — everything your fleet management software expects. Preferred rates for contracted volume; custom SLAs for high-availability fleets.

For rental car companies, fleet vehicle towing addresses specific needs: Customer stranded with rental breakdown, Brand experience suffers if tow driver is unprofessional, Need coordination with branch for replacement vehicle. Our crew understands these challenges and delivers accordingly — with the same $99/hr flat rate, 1-hour minimum, no surcharge games.
