Not every roadside scenario needs a tow. Most roadside calls — dead battery, flat tire, lockout, fuel delivery — resolve on-scene without loading the vehicle at all. Our $75 flat roadside-assistance rate covers these.
Dead battery: $75 jump-start. We arrive with a commercial lithium jump pack rated for 12,000 peak amps. Safe for modern ECUs. Most visits resolve in under 20 minutes. If the battery fails to hold a charge, we can test on-site and replace from truck stock (common Group 24, 35, 48, 65 sizes).
Flat tire: $75 to swap your flat for your spare (including a donut or inflatable kit). If you have no spare, or you have run-flats that have exceeded their range, we tow to the nearest tire shop at standard light-duty rates.
Lockout: $75 to unlock the vehicle without damage. Professional wedge and long-reach tools for most vehicles. For deadbolt-style or smart-key-verification vehicles we may coordinate with a locksmith.
Fuel delivery: $75 to bring 2-5 gallons of gasoline or diesel — enough to get you to the nearest station, not a full tank.
When you actually need the tow: mechanical failure that won't let the vehicle start or move safely, accident damage, overheating that won't resolve with coolant, transmission failure, brake failure, and any situation where the vehicle is unsafe to drive.
